■〔リアル展〕QRコードによる入場管理について：
お客様が各出展ブース・セミナー会場等で名刺の提供や住所・氏名を記入いただく作業を省略するため、本展示会では来場者バッジに「NIKKEI NEON」によるQRコード・システムを採用しています。出展ブースやセミナー会場等でお客様が提示した入場証のQRコードを読み取られた場合には、展示会来場にあたり登録いただいた情報を、主催者が当該出展者・セミナー協賛者（講演・提供企業）に第三者提供します。バッジを提示いただいた場合は、これに同意されたものとします。
■〔リアル展〕 写真撮影について：
展示会場内では許可のない写真撮影やビデオ撮影を禁止します。主催者は開催結果報告書や公式ウェブサイト等での展示会レビューに限定し、顔写真を含む会場風景写真を使わせていただく場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
■〔リアル展／オンライン展共通〕 セミナーの事前予約について
本イベントでは、来場登録でご利用いただくサイトから、リアル展、およびオンライン展の各セミナーを事前予約することができます。
以下に該当するセミナーを予約いただきますと、当該セミナーの提供出展者にお客様の登録情報を第三者提供します。
また、事前予約をせずに直接受講・視聴いただく場合においても、お客様の登録情報を第三者提供します。

■About Handling of Personal Information
This exhibition "IIFES 2024" use "NIKKEI NEON" as visitor registration system. And visitors will be able to participate in both the Physical and online exhibitions.
Registered personal information will be managed with the utmost care in accordance with the privacy policy established by the organizers of IIFES 2024. Registered personal information will be used ONLY for information related to this exhibition (e-mail newsletters, DM brochures, etc.).
We may collect personal information for the purposes of improvement of services in this exhibition, admission to the exhibition, reservations for sessions and seminars, and of confirming the safety when browsing booths of exhibitors at online exhibitions, and of questionnaires and document requests. And, we collect personal information for the purpose of providing promotional information that is useful to registered visitors to this exhibition. This exhibition will use users' personal information only within the scope of these purposes.

■[Physical Exhibition] Entrance control by QR code:
To eliminate the need for customers to provide business cards and fill in their names and addresses at exhibition booths and seminar venues, this exhibition has adopted a QR code system for visitor badges. If the QR code on the visitor's badge presented by the visitor is scanned at the exhibition booth or seminar venue, the organizer will provide the information registered at the exhibition to the relevant exhibitor or seminar sponsor (speaker or provider) as a third party. If you present your badge, you are deemed to have agreed to the consent.
■【Physical Exhibition】 About photography
Unauthorized photography and videography are prohibited in the exhibition venue. The organizer may use photographs of the exhibition venue including facial images only for the purpose of reviewing the exhibition in the exhibition result report and official website.
